Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first.

If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange based on our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Cancellation of Customized Orders
Customized, tailored, or altered products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
4. Automatic Cancellation
Your order may be cancelled automatically in the following cases:
- Payment not received
- Payment failure
- Product out of stock
- Incorrect shipping information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, you will be notified by email or phone, and a refund will be processed if payment has already been made.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once the product has been dispatched.
