Refund and Returns Policy

At LEVORA, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective product delivered
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Size issue (if product is unused and all original tags/packaging are intact)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Customized or altered outfits
  • Items purchased under SALE, Special Offers, or Discounts
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (post-delivery)
  • Accessories (if any)

3. Return Request Window

Customers must raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of order delivery.

4. Return/Exchange Process

  1. Share clear photos/videos of the issue.
  2. Our team will verify the request.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or request courier drop-off.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process:
    • Exchange, or
    • Refund (as applicable)

5. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds take 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed/dispatched.
  • Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, inform us within 48 hours with photos.
